**This service includes the initial set-up fee and state filing fees based upon our standard forms. Our customary corporation has 1000 shares at $.01 par value. This will keep you at the minium franchise taxes due until you file an amendment to increase your stock structure. If you require a different capital structure, please contact us to discuss the additional fees involved. The Bylaws, Statement of Incorporator and Initial Consent of Directors establishes your company’s officers and directors and are drafted using standard forms. In addition, you would need to pay additional fees if there are excessive out-of-pocket expenses which we incur such as expenses for certified copies, postage, telephone, complex document preparation and reproduction, and any governmental filing fees charged by the State of Delaware. ***The State provides expedited filing and return of the documents for an additional charge (attached please find a schedule of estimated time and fees.) We can also give you that information if you need to file on a RUSH basis. This fee schedule is for a corporation. If you require a different type of entity, please contact us for fees.
If you are preparing and filing the necessary documents with the Delaware Secretary of State and only require registered agent services, our current annual registered agent fee is $75.00.
